Hanger Web Based Learning Center

Summary

Hanger Inc. hired BrightLeaf Group to analyze and redesign the information architecture of their web-based Learning Center. As part of this initiative, our team developed a new content strategy and navigation strategy to improve users’ access to information. We also wrote and designed Learning Center technical documentation and education materials including quick reference guides, how-to documents, web content, and training scripts. Other transformational projects involved BrightLeaf Group developing communications that supported the expansion of Hanger’s clinic network and the roll-out of key Human Resources programs.
