BrightLeaf Group believes in creating thoughtful, engaging, and relevant websites, microsites, and applications. A well-designed website or application is a collection of pages that are organized into relevant sections of related content and delivered on a scalable platform.
We provide both user experience and information architecture services to ensure that our customers’ websites and applications are organized and designed with the end-user in mind.
Our process begins with learning about the end-user audience and understanding their needs and goals. Next, we analyze the content and create an information architecture to organize the content into a meaningful and logical structure. We then design wireframes to clarify and define the user experience, focusing on key use cases and critical paths through the website or application.
Hanger Learning Center
Hanger Inc., a leader in integrated rehabilitative solutions, trains 32,000 therapists annually in its orthotic and prosthetic products, using a web-based Learning Center. Hanger hired BrightLeaf Group to analyze the user experience and redesign the information architecture of the learning portal.
As part of this initiative, our team developed a new navigation and content strategy to improve user's access to information. We addressed usability issues in collaboration with Hanger’s existing CMS vendor. We also wrote and redesigned Learning Center technical documentation and education materials, including quick reference guides, how-to documents, web content, and training scripts.
