A well-managed website, application, or online document has its content continually reviewed, updated, or archived to ensure it maintains value for its users, responding to their evolving needs. BrightLeaf Group reviews and improves content strategies, updates existing content, and develops any missing content.
Our content development services include copywriting and editing, visual design, still and motion graphics design, digital video/audio development, template development, and desktop publishing. We produce content for a wide variety of digital and print publications.
For several years, BrightLeaf Group has created microsites to support the promotion of KKR’s annual ESG and Citizenship Report. These projects involve creating a content strategy that identifies key items from a printed report that need to be represented on the microsite to make the information accessible in a user-friendly and consumable way. Google Analytics data is monitored and evaluated each year, providing valuable input on end-user consumption of the content to help to refine each subsequent year’s plan. Craft CMS is used for content management, enabling KKR to be self-sufficient in maintaining the site’s content as needed.
Faced with a large reorganization and consolidation of multiple agencies, Texas Health and Human Services engaged BrightLeaf Group to help them strategically plan for and design a new website, which involved developing a content migration strategy. This was an extremely large project, spanning multiple stakeholder agencies and third-party vendors. BrightLeaf Group began the project with a thorough content inventory and analysis, assisting multiple agencies in determining what content they needed to keep, toss, or modify. The BrightLeaf Group team also assisted with the migration of thousands of pages of content and the design of a new, more accessible user experience.
