Texas Secretary of State Notary Public Training Course

Summary

Faced with the need to modernize and modularize their Notary Public Training course, the Texas Secretary of State, Notary Public Training group selected BrightLeaf Group to "chunk" the singular massive course into 5 modules, write learning objectives for those modules, write assessment items that mapped to those objectives, and create scripts for each module. The project included recording voice-overs from an external third party source, creating the modules in Articulate Storyline, and implementing and testing those modules in the Secretary of State’s Learning Management System (LMS). All modules include closed captions so that the training is ADA-compliant; the modules work on mobile devices.
