Summary
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department created a new application for their Managed Lands Deer Program. BrightLeaf was brought in to lend accessible UX design expertise and design a training program for users of the application. Training for TPWD users focused on “train the trainer” sessions. Training for land owners and others included digital "how to" videos and a user manual. BrightLeaf also created assets to support the help desk.
