Summary
The Information Management Protecting Adults and Children in Texas (IMPACT) modernization transformed the 17-year-old computerized casework system into a web application that partners could use to efficiently and effectively enter, process and analyze case information. BrightLeaf Group provided content development and project management for the website, social media channels, internal newsletter, and other external online communications. We also made recommendations on improving and updating the modernization communication plan to help ensure the strategy delivered on the results and objectives stated in the plan.
