Summary
Hanger Inc. and its network of medical clinics transitioned to an online timekeeping system and engaged BrightLeaf Group to help with the initial training and documentation. Against a short deployment deadline, we created graphical Day One guides for all employees, developed training presentations, and conducted WebEx sessions for the early adopters. For ongoing support, we produced a library of quick reference guides that provide focused procedures to help employees complete specific tasks in the system quickly.
