Summary

ERS’ Pension Fund’s Government Affairs Group hired BrightLeaf Group to consolidate and rewrite key messages for their long and complex reports to improve understanding by the general reader. We streamlined how the information was delivered to help ERS staff responsible for presenting it at board meetings. The document layout was enhanced for the readability of the information and to fit with ERS branding. We also successfully developed executive-summary electronic materials for ERS to print and distribute at board meetings.
